We have the following procedures in place:
- Risk assessment carried out at initial design stage.
- Fitting and grading of garments monitored and controlled
- Sampling standards monitored and controlled.
- Full product sealing procedures managed by our U.K. office.
Our inspectors are constantly appraising and checking production and assessing finished goods according to customers approved AQL systems. Our factories are subjected to stringent anti-metal contamination procedures and records maintenance, in addition to full needle control compliance
Our policy is to deliver high quality, safe products and give our best service to fulfill all aspects of the customer’s needs. Particular attention is made to both quality and safety at all levels of the production process.

- Fully documented Quality Policy and constantly updated Quality Manual.
- All goods are produced, inspected and tested in accordance with BS1001: Part 11989 using single sampling plan level 2.
- Inspection of all incoming merchandise before commencing production to ensure the quality (colour, weight etc.) and quantity
- comply with the purchase order.
- Metal detecting facilities – all products are passed through metal detection and into a segregated area before packing. (Lock and Cintex Metal detection machines)
- Full metal control policy for knives, trimmers, needles etc.
- 100% Final inspection before packing.
- Accredited in house testing area and QC inspection areas.
- Independent testing house used. (Intertek Testing Services)
- Compliance with existing customers Ethical Sourcing Policies and Codes of Practice.
- Quality systems are audited by our existing customers on a regular basis.
