Delivery

Our goods are dispatched with free delivery insurance. The majority of orders will arrive within a few working days but please allow up to 28 days. Delivery takes place weekdays between 7:00-17:00. For failed deliveries please call the number on the delivery card to arrange re-delivery. Back ordered items: In the event of an item being temporarily out of stock, our operators will advise the expected date of availability. Orders are normally dispatched complete and only one charge is made per order, however where appropriate orders will be shipped in stages without extra postage being charged. Our delivery charge is for UK mainland only. Please refer to the delivery cost information box below for other available destinations. BFPO orders are initially charged £12 per order. Any additional charge from BFPO will be charged retrospectively. Next Day Delivery Only applicable for telephone orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays and for delivery to UK mainland only, £5 surcharge.

Cancellations

Returns

If the Goods are faulty or damaged you will notify us by telephoning Customer Services as soon as possible after delivery to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and arrange for a replacement. If you are not completely satisfied with the Goods, a refund or exchange can be organised providing the Goods are returned in original packaging and excellent condition suitable for resale. You will notify us by telephoning Customer Services as soon as possible after delivery to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and arrange for a refund or exchange. Postage and Packaging are direct costs and in this instance will not be refunded. We suggest you obtain proof of postage from your post office, as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged returns parcels.
