• Fully documented Quality Policy and constantly updated Quality Manual.
• All goods are produced, inspected and tested in accordance with BS1001: Part 11989 using single sampling plan level 2.
• Inspection of all incoming merchandise before commencing production to ensure the quality (colour, weight etc.) and quantity
comply with the purchase order.
• Metal detecting facilities – all products are passed through metal detection and into a segregated area before packing. (Lock and
Cintex metal detection machines).
• Full metal control policy for knives, trimmers, needles etc.
• 100% Final inspection before packing.
• Accredited in house testing area and QC inspection areas.
• Independent testing house used. (Intertek Testing Services)
• Compliance with existing customers Ethical Sourcing Policies and Codes of Practice.
• Quality systems are audited by our existing customers on a regular basis.
• Risk assessment carried out at initial design stage.
• Fitting and grading of garments monitored and controlled
